The national team of the Nigeria, Super Eagles has just put an end to the hard-earned unbeaten record of Libya in their last two group qualifier matches ahead of the African Cup of Nations Tournament.
The match between these two teams which started from 4pm just ended with a scoreline of 4 – nill in favor of Nigeria.
Nigeria had missed out on the last two editions of the Africa Cup of Nations, so the evening’s turn out was a good comback for them.
In this light, it is expected that the
Eagles will be going all out as they
face Libya in one of the Match Day
3 games that would be played
across the continent this weekend.
While John Mikel Obi was absent on pitch, Ahmed Musa led the Super Eagles again but not really a good outing for the skipper.
Idion Ighalo, however outshined every other as he completed his hat trick on 68th minutes before he was substituted.
His first goal was at the 3rd minutes through a penalty kick.
Second goal was around the 56th minutes.
Samuel Kalu later converted his ball to the fourth goal for the Nigerian team.
