Buhari Should Resign To Rest – Fani-Kayode Reacts, Faults Governors’ U.K Tours

The chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, Femi Fani-Kayode has again reacted to the trips of Nigerians governors to President Buhari in London and the flying pictures ascertaining his ‘recuperating’ health.

Fani-Kayode, who has been firmly stating that Buhari is not in sound health and therefore demanded pictures of the ailing President from the presidency, in a series of tweets this morning, called for the resignation of the aged President.

He also decried the subsequent visits of Governors in the UK in a bid to see how Buhari is fairing in health.

He says:
“The President/Presidency is not meant to be a tourist attraction, a museum of old fossils or a mausoleum of decaying bodies to be
viewed by curious dignitaries in a distant foreign land. It is an
act of cruelty to expect this poor man to lead a nation of 180 million.
“Let him resign, go home and rest.”

Note, Buhari has been in the United Kingdom for 82 days now over medical follow-up with his foreign Doctors and has declared that he will only return to Nigeria on the advice of his medical practitioners.
