UK Court Remands Ekweremadu, Adjourns Case Till July

An Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court in the United Kingdom has remanded former Nigerian senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, and Beatrice, his wife, who were arrested over attempted harvesting of organs.

Nigerian cable news online reported how the Metropolitan Police arrested the Nigerian couple.

When he was arraigned on Thursday, the court refused to grant him bail but ordered that he should be remanded till July.
